Why do an engagement shoot in the Flat Irons?

Boulder is one of the best places to have a quick adventure for your engagement photos. If you’re on a crunch and don’t have the time to make it into the mountains for a session or during the winter and snowy months you’d rather have an escape from the snow, the Flat Irons are a great place to go for an engagement shoot! It’s easy to access and there are dozens of beautiful trails, hills, and valleys to take your photos in.

For this session, we escaped to a secluded trail in South Boulder with about a half of a mile hike to this little meadow. It was perfect for what we needed and we spent the entire session running around, laying in the grass, and goofing off.
